In short: i have done it.
In full: nice run, but the organisers could do with the start being in Iron-Bridge as then there is no climb to the finish, or is this part of their idea of fun watching us suffer over the last few miles. i wish they would come to cumbria and i WILL get them back. :-)

nice run through some countryside that one would normaly pass by. my only gripe was with the competitors at the prize giving and they would not stop talking.

In full: every-one else is stating how good it is and i just wanna be different.

In short: i liked it, i liked it a lot
In full: the last time i run this was when it was know as the brampton to carlisle, many moons ago.
this run was the best organised event i have ever attended. it was just flawless. if i ever organised an event, i would be asking the organisers of this run for advice.
i dont know what else to write, appart from roll on next year.
