In short: Fantastic well organised.I ran the race with a big smile on my face and when we came to a village and the crowds made every runner feel special.

In short: Great course, it was a new route this year and it was great to have a change from the old loop that we had last year.The race was badly organised at the start with 2 starts the first going off 3 1/2 - 4 mins before the 2nd wave.With the race
In full: being a scoring race for the Sussex grand prix league fast runners in the second wave were overtaking runners from the first wave withen 500 metres causing upset, frustration,risk and even abusive language to be shouted.But again the crowds made for an excellent day even thogh it was cold and wet.So a BIG THANK YOU to all who came along to cheer us home.
