In short: Superbly brutal and beautiful
In full: A superbly beautiful jaunt along the purbecks taking in some pretty breathtaking views and some hefty ascents and descents. This marathon takes you through some really nice lesser known area's of the coast as well as the more well known ones. The organisation and support were brilliant all the way round and I was very impressed at how easy it was to not get lost. Truly punishing ascents at times that seemed to never end but a lovely downhill run-out for the finish into beautifull swanage, will be back next year for sure Great race due to great organisation, well done purbeck marathon and all volunteers!
