In short: V. well organised for a race of this size. Shame they had to change the start - but stoped me starting too fast. My only gripe is with those who dropped gel wrappers away from the drinks stations.

In short: Varied course - proper cross-country
In full: Really enjoyed the variety of this - no time to get bored. Great cross-section of participants - everyone welcome.

In short: Friendly, inclusive, interesting varied route, off-road and you get flowers as well.
In full: Spectrum striders continue to produce the goods with this race. It's low-key but special - friendly so all abilities feel welcome and are encouraged to do their best. Not a pb course - but it doesn't matter. Weather prone to be interesting on the day - I've had hot sun, wind, rain and thunder & lightening on my visits here (but not all at once).
