In short: 1st half scenic and interesting, second half flat and boring
In full: Would recommend people to do the first half as a relatively challenging half marathon.

If you want to do a full marathon turn around and re run what you have just done as the second half through field after field after field is probably the most boring and uninspiring run I have ever done - nothing but hedges, gates and stiles!! Definitely not "one of the most scenice marathons" in the UK!!

In short: Just how I like it, - very hilly!!
In full: Would recommend this to anyone wanting a challenging race, with beautiful scenery and who likes hills!!

Would like to say a big thanks to organisers and especially the marshalls - everyone one had a smile a good word to say.

In short: Enjoyed this one, felt it was extremely good value with the proceeds going to charity - much better than a dodgy medal!!

In short: Very wet and muddy, pity it wasn't raining though!!
In full: Second year doing this and all I can say is well done!! This was well organised with a much appreciated goody bag. I enjoyed the stretches of water that was mixed with something suspiciously smelly!! Definitely up for doing it again next year, though hopefully it will be raining or snowing next time!!

In short: Started over 10 minutes late and then took 5 minutes to get through the start - then had to dodge all the walkers who were in the sub 1.40 section.
