In short: Very hard, and cold, and painfull
In full: Been reading the other reviews on this and not all fair. This run is titled the Hell Run. probaly a clue to what to expect! The lake was so so cold, I started screaming. You didnt have to que for anything. Yes there was que's but you can run around them and take a Harder route, deeper, steeper ways! at one point I was swiming to overtake! I was only in the water a few mins, if you want you can walk so and follow the person in front and stay there for 30 mins, no thanks! The bogs of doom where fun. People lined the sides chearing you on. If you did the run you mite remember me in the army morph suit!
