In short: A PB on a Challenging course. Use of timing chips a bit of a question.
In full: An undulating course but with PB potential. The use of a timing chip was a bit miss leading when it was from gun to finish and not mat to mat. Start a little tight but once the race got going things spread out well. Not totally traffic free but well marshalled. Water stations well spaced out and a good size water bottle and plenty for all runners and bananas and water at the finish with a t-shirt and medal well worth the trip and thumbs up for value for money.

In short: Very well organised, well marshalled, Challenging course, not that boring as 3 lap race's go
In full: A very cold day and a big thankyou to those Marshalls that were out there the whole time. Finish could have been better signed but as a multi lap course goes not that boring. The hills made this a challenging course so to get a PB very pleased. Could have done with a water station a bit sooner on the first lap, but other wise these were well organised. A good race to help with preparations for London.
