In short: Great run and fantastic course
In full: Good run with runners of all kinds, couple of hills but plenty of downhills as well, Good weather and well organised

In short: Glorious frosted hillsides!
In full: This is an excellant run in the tiny village of Ravenstonedale, out onto country lanes virtually traffic free with tremendous views of the surrounding hills, couple of not too bad climbs but the last 2-3km is downhill. Small and friendly field and the added bonus of running in a race with Ron Hill

In short: Start problems still not overcome
In full: Change of course at start and general start did not work again, although i don't know what the solution is, but as we all had chips i was'nt that bothered the rest was as good as ever, liked the glass memento though

In full: Good run through forest on trails up and down, finish running up hill

In short: Not as hilly as expected
In full: Good solid 2 laps along trails through dense woodland, around a small lake, three hills each lap butt all straight together and not too challenging

In short: Actually managed the hill without stopping!
In full: This is the third time i have done this, and at last i managed to do the hill without stopping yet my time was the worst of the three!! Work that one out, 3 times now 51.09, 51.12 and last nights 51.16 consistent if nothing else

In short: Good fast flat course
In full: Good race for beginners or elite, flat and plenty of room, medal and goody bag at the end, what more can you ask for a fiver

In short: Good No Nonsense Run
In full: Good run for allcomers, easy enough course starting on road past a park then onto cycle/pedestrian path through sand dunes then back again more or less on same course. Some waiting at end for drinks and t shirts but club youngsters brought drinks on a tray to runners waiting. Decent "More Mile" t shirst at the end

In full: PB potential run on this fast flat seafront course, decent field with plenty of room to run, t shirt at the end

In short: Change of course for the better!
In full: Touch windy but not too bad, dry anyway, different course this year, much better run all in all, decent turn out and nice food bag at the end!
