In full: Very friendly, low-key run in a nice part of Surrey. Coffee and flapjack for a £1 donation to Arthritis Research afterwards sums up the approach of the organisers.

In short: A special trail race around Disraeli's back garden
In full: Well-organised but informal race with excellent marshalling on trails around Hughenden Manor. A special race - do it before it catches on and gets too popular!

In full: Fantastic scenery, great marshals, one hellish hill. Only race I've run where Guy Fawkes was the starter - runners only allowed to start when the firework lit by Mr Fawkes goes bang
