In short: 82 mile of hell - but a friendly, well-organised hell all the same!
In full: I'd only ever run 2 marathons beofre and they were 9 years ago so entered this a bit aprehensively. This was a fantastically organised race and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I love how the organiser seemed to know almost everyone's name, and the checkpoints contained haribo, bananas, ebergy gels, sausage rolls and cake! What more can you want?!
