In short: Very well organised
In full: There weren't too many marshals but this didn't matter as the route was marked out well. Everyone was really friendly. The course was on good tracks - about a 1/4 was on road. I'd like to try the route in Winter when the conditions are challenging!

Well done to the organisers

In short: Good Race
In full: The course is a lot more challenging than a road race but most of it can be run at a similar pace!

In short: Good race - The only thing I din't like wasthe pavement along the A456 - the rest was a great course
In full: It wasn't flat but gradual assents and descents. It could be muddy in the woods but bone dry today.

In short: Tough Race - very friendly.
In full: You start by running a mile along a road mainly down hill. The you go up the hill along a good track - it isn't too steep but must be over 2 miles. Then it's back down the way you went up. The last mile was a killer - uphill! The hill (sorry mountain) was the one in the film 'The man who went up a hill and came down a mountain'.

Great food afterwards.
