In short: Ran this on the spur of the moment while on holiday, thoroughly enjoyable, 'Cornish undulating' evening run

In short: Lovely sociable, well-organised 10k
In full: First run after VLM, and the change from elbow barging to friendly, relaxed enjoyable running was welcome! Lovely location, well organised parking, registration and start. Nice route, well marshalled by the Scouts with welcome vocal support. Finish good and I ditched the scientific recovery drink for a welcome cup of tea and bacon bap. Recommend to everyone in the area

In short: Frustrated by the early crowds but it is London and I loved the finish!
In full: The issues below with the starts were there - I was in Pen 7 and could not maintain 9 min mile pace for the crowds. I decided after 6 miles to rip up the pace tracker on my arm and just enjoy the experience. Alot of pain in 18-21 miles but the finish, organisation and atmosphere are simply hard to beat. I said at the end never again, but I am already starting to look at my diary for 2011!

In short: Fast but half the course is awful
In full: Enjoyed the first 4 miles of each loop but the section on the roads was not enjoyable. Trying to overtake was difficult and you have to be constantly aware of traffic and obstacles. Flat course allowed a good time but no wow factor to bring me back next year

In short: Poor weather early on but a lovely PB!
In full: A really good run. My only complaint was the disorganised kit drop. This resulted in the race starting while we were still dropping kit off! Really well marshalled, pleasant atmosphere and a lovely PB! Already in next years diary!
