In short: Nice run on quiet country roads. From KM 1 to half way was mostly uphill and into the wind making this a pretty tough course. Could have done with some km markers. There was one at 1km and another at half way but the others were missing...
In full: ... I saw them in a car in the car park! A few people seemed to think it was overdistance, I'd like to know if anybody who measured it on a distance monitor agrees with this, personally I think it was just a tough course? Nice goody bag: gym towel, T shirt, banana, water bottle, water, medal (the medal could have had the event name on though)

In short: .
In full: A good race run through quiet country roads, with nice views of the Severn at one pont. Good PB potential, was undulating for the whole course but somehow it seemed that there was more downhill than uphill! Rather windy. The start was rather further from the parking area than expected but luckily I arrived in plenty of time. And a nice glass of cider at the end is your reward for finishing!

In short: Nice scenic race, but very tough. Hills not too severe, but the uneven footing made the race seem much harder. Not my surface, except for the last 1.5K -2K on blessed road! Glad I did it, but don't know if I'll be back.

In short: Well organised event.
In full: Good race. Challenging with hills, undulations (and wind and rain) so not a PB course. Well organised, friendly marshalls. Plenty of toilets (almost too many!). Think the hot water in the shower ran out pretty quick but I was one of the lucky ones!

In short: Too expensive at £15 (for a 10K!), but a good challenging race, having to run a monster hill twice, plus one smaller one.

In short: Very challenging, have to run up a huge muddy hill, then down it (which is just as tough), then go through the whole process again! Well worth doing (once!)

In short: Good race, nice traffic-free scenery along the cycle route. Good PB potential, but slightly muddy this year due to all the rain.

In short: Nice scenic route but deceptively tough. The 3 short sharp hills really threw me especially the last one with the 180 degree turn. Being part of the 1st team made my day, my first ever prize running!

In short: Definitely a quick course though not flat, one noticeable uphill at 4K ish. Something definitely needs doing about the turn in about 300m before the finish. Bad enough for the leaders and got worse later. Toilets were questionable.

In short: This could definitely be a PB course but for (yet another year) of wind in your face between about miles 5 and 10, as evidenced by slow times in results. Also starting gun went off without warning, catching most out! Hope no wind next year!
