In short: Very nice atmosphere, surroundings and people
In full: It really does make difference when the marshals are helpful. Today i want to congratulate Sutton because they were so good. I turned around and went home for the paddock wood half last month because they were foul! I have a penchant for cutting it fine at the start and today i was encouraged to the baggage area with a friendly smile unlike the tossers at PW!

In short: Couldnt think of a better way to run 21 miles
In full: Marshalls really enthusiastic, well stocked water stations, fab scenery. Well worth doing

In full: Physically and mentally very challenging, a lot of club / elite runners and last lap was very alone......

In short: Great race, stadium finish a touch of class
In full: Too many runners and all that money for a goody bag with a malt loaf in it??? Great race ruined a tad by the volume of runners, delayed starts in zero degree temperatures not a lot of fun and bedlam getting back to the station.
