In short: Fantastic organisation - excellent route - great fun - what more is there ? In full: From the start where we were able to line up against predicted time sign that were readily visible to the excellent number of good marshalls this race just got better and better. Fantastic scenery (past Goodwood race circuit and airfield) through some excellent countryside and back finally into a well organised and swift finish. Could it be any better ? I suppose only with the addition of Champion Chip timing but what would that do the the price ? My first time for this race will definitely apply again. Congrats to all involved ! In short: Once again failed to improve - also far too expensive - want to see some accounts !!!!!!! In full: Despite all this event again failed itself due in no part to sub-standard organisation - failed to deliver promises - no goody bags - no vouchers - no effective timed pens/starts, but still a great course. Mike O'Reilly has a lot to answer for - maybe Runners World would like to interview him after reviewing www.british10kcomplaints.org ??????? Date of review: July 4, 2005

In short: I was worried about the bad forum messages on the 2003 race but found the organisers seemed to have also listened. In full: Definitely worth the trip BUT you will HAVE to be at the front to get any hope of a PB. This is a sound candidate for a "wave start" as used so effectively this last year in the Great South Run. Date of review: January 28, 2005
