In short: Well organised, marshals at all key points, awash with water stations, too much traffic at one point, other than that a super event well done to all.

In short: Finely oiled machinery of this 30 year old race worked its annual wonders to produce a super race
In full: Well done to Wolds Vets on organising a great race. Web site and facebook were used to great effect to communicate with runners before and after the race. Number collection easy and well organised off road car parking. Excellent informative pre-race briefing from the club chairman. All key points on the course were marshalled and lots of caution runners signed on the country lanes. Lovely course, yes it is challenging, but also very rewarding. Bottled water at the end, excellent long sleeved tec t shirt, results out in swift time. Presentation was great as lots of runners waited behind to drink their post race pint and hearty BBQ. MANY THANKS TO ALL

In short: Tough, oh yes, but so so rewarding.
In full: Excellent organisation, smooth and scenic free coach journey from finish to start in Brecon. Very friendly organisers, with lots of experienced runners freely giving advice about the course. Tough climb to 6 miles, views stunning, worth entry fee alone. Lots of speedy downhill sections from the mountain top. Very welcoming finish in the castle grounds, with tea n sandwiches a welcome treat. Travelled over 400 mile round trip for this, well worth it and we will be back! Many thanks for a wonderful race day experience.

In full: Lovely event in the historic market town. Superb organisation , well marshaled course and great local support on the way. Hills were challenging but really made it a super course. Potential for this race to grow, but keep it manageable. Well done to everyone involved and it is a must do for 2013 cheers
