In short: Great flat(ish) seaside run with good crowd support!
In full: Well organised run along the seafront. A couple of hard up hill 'slopes' at the end but generally flat. A little crowded on some of the narrower streets and quite a few obstacles in the road (I saw two fallers). Crowd was great.

In short: Well organised run through nice countryside
In full: This is a great, friendly event.
A little undulating for a PB, but a nice challenging run. Great scenery in the non-town parts of the run.
The organiser takes real pride in the race.
The finish was excellent - half a lap of running track and then your name announced as you cross the line - nice touch.
Great medal, nice t shirt from New Balance.
Definitely recommended!

In short: Great organisation, great route
In full: Really enjoyed this one - a really good route, really well organised - baggage area, clear directions, wave start etc etc. Just a shame about the generic medal and t shirt - no date which was a shame as this was the inaugural race.

In short: Another amazing race!
In full: Despite the heat and a disastrous episode on the DLR, yet again another fantastically managed event. Kudos to all those volunteers and organisers who work so tirelessly to make this THE best marathon in the world!
Also big thanks to the lady who took my kit bag from me as I ran to the start (thanks to the DLR non event!)

In short: Quite hilly/undulating to start, but nice flat finish
In full: I really enjoyed the course - it was quite hilly to begin with, but flattened out for the final 5 miles or so.
The start was a little cramped. There was about a foot between the time markers at the start, but that was not a huge problem as the field soon spaced out.
Some of the mile markers were hard to spot and I'm sure 7 and 8 were really close together - either that or I did a 5 minute split (not!)
There was plenty of water on offer, and the t shirt at the finish was good quality.
