In short: 100% Improved
In full: Did this one last year and it was fun but great to see that the organisers had taken the feedback on board.

Thanks to all marshalls and the narrow boat owners manning drink stations plus we all got cool medals.

Ignore the guy moaning about lack of PB potentai - YOU RUN THROUGH A BLOODY DARK TUNNEL! enjoy it for what it is - an original fun race.

In short: Good testing summer run with a sting in the tail
In full: Ran this one 3 times now and still didnt remember there was a steep climb back at 8k. Saw a few people struggling with the heat. Well done as ever to the St John's and race marshalls

In short: What an atmosphere???
In full: Dullest finish to a race ever! 3 people including officials. Apart from a few people by the church who politely clapped that was it. Could have used another water station as well and the car park was more than a half mile away as stated so a few of us missed the start. Scabby Diary as a momento

In short: Bags of Potential
In full: as this was the first race proper I thought it was fantastic and has the potential to become one of the best races on the midlands calendar. OK we all found out about the loo situation too late and yes the goodie bag wasnt so goodie but the course was fantastic and well done to Banatynes Gym for letting us use the showers. will be back next year
