In short: Fantastic PB potential!
In full: Really good race and lovely marshalls, water stations well stocked, two-looped course, a tad boring at times but nice people spectating along the way, fab medal however goody bag rather disappointing, size 11-ish white socks not really suiting my size 5 feet :-) (maybe I've been spoilt in the past!) Overall a fantastic PB potential, knocked 8 minutes of my time coming 6th in my category, really can't complain, would definitely do again :-)

In short: My new favourite marathon
In full: Toughest one yet - those pesky hills! Probably only 10% max of the course is relatively flat, the rest is up-down-up but this is the Lake District. The organisation was fantastic from pre-race communications to getting your chip and bib number, wonderful friendly marshalls, easy car parking, great support, fun open day and great course. Really appreciate everything that went into this race, especially closing certain roads and the lovely people giving out drinks. Will definitely do this one again, thanks guys :-)

In short: A fantastic, excellently organised race with rolling scenic countryside
In full: Organisation to be proud of, very friendly marshalls, beautiful route around the countryside with the odd incline to test your PB, great tech t-shirt at the end - nice to have a selection of sizes to choose from, looking forward to next year!

In short: An excellent, fast race, perfect PB potential, great organisation
In full: My first 10k as I normally run half-marathons and marathons, absolutely fantastic, a nice and fast race, flat course (did loops of the park), great organisation, really enjoyed it, will definitely come back next year :-)
