In short: cracking day and race
In full: Excellent turnout and great weather. Many stopped running on that hill but proud to say it never beat me. Just my usual lack of preparation caused me to fade in the last 3k. Goody bag could do with a banana and/or mars bar rather than pot noodle. Love to do race again.

In short: very well organised
In full: Excellent T shirt and race. A bit too hilly for a PB and a water stop would have been nice. And yes I feel slow when 3rd place is finishing as I pass at the 7k point. Loved it though.

In short: enjoyable race with last mile downhill
In full: Good turnout and organisation but water station needed more than one person especially as it was warmer than average. Cracking T shirt

In short: blew me away
In full: 3rd time I've done it and will be back again. Cracking local race to start my year and hoping to do all 3 races in Northern Scot series this time(Elgin and Forres to come). Too windy for a fast time though, oh and the lack of training, fitness etc.

In short: Cracking local race. May have got a PB but for the swirling gusty wind and 19 degree sunshine. Oh and the lack of stamina, endurance, fitness etc

In short: I got a PB after only 1 training run in the last 3 weeks. A fast downhill 4k start before a long roller coaster wind in your face final 6k.

In short: Hill is very well hidden in the forest but you soon notice it's there. Watch out for potholes, tree stumps and rocks on the path
