In short: loved it
In full: best £5 ever spent-I could go on about the slippery tow path or the hills or the fact that the water stations were all at the top of hills and the best I could do was throw the cup at my face like a bad M&W sketch but that would be wrong.
Great race-well organised and cakes/coffee at the end-excellent training run-bring on Paris in 2 weeks

In short: my legs are screaming this morning but Im ignoring them-that was the amazing thing I have ever done
In full: the supporters on the course are amazing-there was a wall of sound under one tunnel (docklands I think)which made me quite emotional.All the music and bands were great-I was running with the drummer guy who jumped out of the race at 5m to play the bass drum-brilliant-I wanted to stay and listen but I had a PB to break-didnt do the 4 hrs but beat the PB by 8 mins in 4.10!
Well done to all the marshalls-that was fantastic-the little kids doing the high fives-brilliant but the finish line was very welcoming.

In short: excellent race-must check the description for undulating
In full: First marathon so didnt know what to expect.
Very well organised-nice bag at the end-two questions though;
1.where are the people who shouted "you going down west ham" now eh?
2.The lady in the field at the end with her little daughter after 4 1/2 hours in the pouring rain shouting encouragment.Will her daughter ever forgive her?
