In short: New Years Day 10K in Country Park
In full: Pleasant enough race with the 10k run over two laps. Did a PB on flat, but cold windy course. Concerned in advance when reading earlier comments on lack of marshals, but found no problem myself (additional marshals at road crossing). Evidence however of rogue runners and now do not trust the race results. (Happy to elaborate further if Organisers reading this)

In short: More praise for the Lakeland Trails
In full: What can I say? This is why we run for weekends like this, when even the weather seems to shine. Wonderful scenery for a really interesting and challenging course well thought out. (Graham playing fast and loose with the Km markers toward the end however!).
My congrats to all the team from V02 Max - why do we have to wait 3 months for the next event?!
