In short: Good pre marathon work out
In full: I found this race to be mostly well organised with plenty of water, lucozade, marshalls and I do enjoy running along the Thames. However, the baggage organisation was an absolute shambles - charging an extra pound for this service is tolerable but searching through hundreds of bags trying to find my own (along with other runners)is something that nees to be resolved.

In short: Good marshalls and good support
In full: If it hadn't been for the weather it would've been perfect.

In short: Tough good pre marathon race
In full: Close to where I live - I wouldn't travel to do it but it is well marshalled and a tough challenging course.

In short: Good tough challenging half
In full: Enjoyed running this last year and so was prepared for undulating profile. I use this as preparation for a spring marathon and it provides a good solid workout. Not a PB course for me but certainly makes me tired.

In short: Good pre London time trial
In full: Had been told to expect a tough race by club members who had run it before but found it to be reasonable. Yes, there were a few hills but there were also downhill sections that were very easy. Doing laps meant you quickly got to know what to expect and allowed me to monitor my pace accordingly.

In short: Had a really enjoyable experience.
In full: I found the hills to be more demanding than I had anticipated but the glorious weather and beautiful course made up for this. There was ample support and lots of drinks and sponge stations.
