In short: Great to run in again this year. Only let down was no water at finish - Perhaps I should run quicker !
In full: Missed out on the technical T - Shirt as I tend to opt for the long sleeve version as they are handy for training runs in the winter - Next year I'll go for the Tech T.

Well done again Lliswerry Runners - Hope I'll be there for many years to come :-)

In short: Always a winner for the New Year fitness campaign
In full: This is the one race in the calendar that I always make the effort to attend. Wicked chill factor this year and warmed up at around 7 miles ! Well marshalled and they are a credit to the club, always clapping and encouraging. Only problem this year was nothing to do with Lliwswerry Runners.......The leisure centre was closed so a bit of a hike before and after race to the Newport stadium. Happy Silver Jubilee Lliswerry Runner's....here's to the next 25 !
