In short: Anti Climax finish and bad organisation especially at the finish
In full: Really Really dissapointed by this years race! The finish has been moved from the actual racecourse to a small bit of road outside!! The reunion area was being controlled by a bunch of idiots who have clearly never run the length of themselves as they refused to let tired emotional runners celebrate together as you were not allowed back through the barriers!!! Very dissapointing!!

In short: Not worth the money
In full: crowded, dodgy timing chips, only one water station, penned in finish - need i continue. Potential to be a great race had it started and finished in the meadows. I started at the front so didnt stuggle with congestion however it was a scramble. Felt there was room for another water station given that 10,000 entrants had paid approx £24 to enter!! Goody bag awful, the worst by far. I did Balfron the week before which cost a fraction of this race and was 100x better organised with a much better atmosphere. The incorrect chip times is just simply embarrassing

In short: Hilly
In full: 2nd year running this race and the hills dont get easier!! The two miler is a killer. Good race, Perth Road Runners put on a really good spread. Still using my canvas bag - much better than the normal t-shirt. Will be back!

In short: Local race for me -good day but windy
In full: This is the second time i have managed this race due to injuries! The head wind along the ochils was a bit tough but lucky for me, enough taller men to tuck in behind.

In short: Great way to start the new year
In full: Travelled all the way from Scotland to do this race. Great course and it never felt crowded with a good mix of runners. The sports towel at the end was different - who needs any more t shirts? I felt the race tough but probably standing out in the sub zero temp to 3am wasnt such a good idea before the race. Not sure i would travel all the way to London for New Year again but loved the race.
