In short: Friendly, well-organised race with PB potential.
In full: Race pack arrived in time despite Royal Mail issues; quick email response from race organiser allayed fears & proposed sensible solution to lack of pack.
Small, friendly race with great PB potential, although the gentle inclines are the ones that get you.
Start delayed slightly, but all were in good spirits & the race completed without a hitch, including use of new 'chip' technology.
Number of runners kept sensible(350) which prevented issues during narrower elements of the route.
Good support from marshalls.
Hub staff were unwilling to let runners make use of lockers; & although bag storage was offered, perhaps a tag system could be operated to provide additional reassurance.
Can't do the full series but tempted to do those that i can attend.

In short: Well organised race; good use of staggered start times; needs more loos.
In full: It turned out to be 1 of the hottest days for a while but i still managed a sub-44 PB.
The queue for the loos was rather tedious & i didn't experience the bag storage, but i thought the use of the staggered start was excellent.
I started in the group after the elites & so had a clear track in which to achieve my PB.
This was much better when compared to the experience at the Nike North vs. South 10k where your time depended on your starting position. The route also seemed to be much better than the Nike 10k as well.
Great support around the course, especially at the uphill finishing straight.

In short: Well-organised, friendly race on a flat course with good bagels.
In full: Very friendly & good PB potential.
Additional porta-loos were welcome.

In short: Well organised but (too?) big.
In full: Great atmosphere & well supported.
More fun-run than serious race.
The North vs. South rivalry added an extra edge to the proceedings, & the sprint finishes were a sight to behold & to take part in.
Given the numbers it was very well-organised but the large numbers made it difficult for PB potential & sometimes just dangerous.
Corners were bottle-necks & running face-on to the public on some routes was a bit hary, although probably more for the tourists than the runners.
Great idea to get people out running but the numbers/racing need to be controlled better.

In short: Well-organised & friendly atmosphere. Fast course. Nice bagels
In full: A good race for a 1st 10K as it wasn't too busy & not too difficult, so good PB potential. The rain helped keep the temparature down but didn't seem to dampen the spirits of the supporting crowd or DJ. Well-organised with plenty of supportive marshalls. Nice atmosphere; will definitely run again.
