In full: enjoted this very much . not a easy course but challenging enough ! i even managed to up my placing in the final 100m due to the lively crowd .............thanks !!!

In short: was my first 10km run so not that well placed to make judgements but thoroughly enjoyed the day , came in at 44;07 so thank you very much capital runners :)
