In short: Excellent organisation on a challenging course
In full: It's a couple of years since I last did this race. Organisation was really excellent - a massive improvement. Marshals were great. Only negative were the impatient Chigwell/Loghton car drivers

In short: Hard work - excellent marshalls
In full: My first 20 miler in prep for FLM was as hard as expected with some lovely blisters to carry me through the week. Mentaly, very hard going past the finish when so many runners have already finished, but that must be a good thing for the marathon. Plenty of water and plenty of support from the marshalls, particularly the dancing lady at the bottom of the hill at 4 miles!

In short: The right decision
In full: I love this race and was very disappointed that the weather and the weather forecasts conspired to make the race un-runable. Like many others, I had a pleasant run on Sunday. However, this was in London, not Wokingham where I understand parts of the course were still very icy on Sunday morning.
I think the organisers made the correct decision. I look forward to running the Wokee HM again and again.

In short: Excellent - will become THE London HM
In full: For a first run of a race, it was excellently organized. Loads of water, visible mileage markers, lots of support and fantastic scenery.
A little disappointed with the wooden medal, but it is hardly the end of the world.
Perhaps a few more loos - the queues did look very long!
In short, a must-do for next year!

In short: Lovely weather, great support - some organization probs
In full: + Course improved from last year
+ Lovely scenery
+ Great, friendly support
+ Plenty of water and sponge stations
- First water station was a bit chaotic
- Some drivers weren't happy about being held up (but none of us likes that, so I can understand their frustrations).

Many thanks to all the stewards, and the helpers at the water and sponge stations.

In short: Very well organised race
In full: Despite not having a very good run (just felt wrong on the day) this was enjoyable to do due to the good organisation and support all around the course.
Only niggles would be the twisty-turny nature of the course which was run through some pretty uninspiring housing estates.

In short: Fantastic course - spoilt by traffic
In full: My first time over this course - I was expecting some severe hills, but they never came along! There was plenty of water, plenty of sponges (excellent idea), plenty of friendly support and lovely scenery. Sadly there were also plenty of morons in vehicles, one of whom pulled out onto the course, completely blocking it for a good 15s causing me to stop. Most of the motorists I saw were friendly and supportive, however.
I'm looking forward to next year's race already

In short: Excellent - very enjoyable first HM
In full: First the negatives:-

1. Real bottleneck at the start
2. Medal has the wrong year on it (a bit picky, I know!)

But, now the positives:-

1. Nice flat course (a couple of small rises, but basically flat / downhill)
2. Great organization
3. Friendly atmosphere
4. Easy to get to
5. Traffic free route
6. Great support
7. Fantastic weather

All being well, I'll be there next year and will, hopefully, take a bundle of time off this year's result!!

In short: 3rd Nike 10K - best yet!
In full: I ran in the first wave - the organization was excellent and we started bang on time. The course was better than I expected despite being bumped a few times and almost taken out by a bloke running with a pushchair!

The weather was lovely, but the memory that stands out is the view up the finishing straight with all those people running, and almost as many people cheering us on - what a boost that was!
