In short: Welcome addition to running events in Kent In full: I signed up for the 10k series to check up on my progress for a marathon in spring, and four laps of the Cyclopark offers an undulating but not taxing course, with great potential for PBs (trying to keep up with all the club runners knocked four minutes off mine!). One minor criticism, a few hundred metres at one end of the course has no floodlights and is therefore very dark, but to the organisers' credit, they made every effort to install some temporary lighting so we all knew where we were going.
They were trialing chip timing in the January race, which is a welcome addition and only adds to its good value. Date of review: January 16, 2013
