First club session post-Frankfurt last night (I've been taking recovery very seriously!). 3 x 1M on an undulating loop: 6.15, 6.09, 6.04.
Hope you're able to shake off the chest infection,TT. I find lack of sleep makes me poorly, too, so hope that resolves itself as well.
CW: 20M? I believe in old-fred-speak that is menthol.
10M including 3 x 1M on an undulating loop last night: 6.15, 6.09, 6.04. Blew the cobwebs away to train with the club again!
bainspj: I have to work hard to run fast. For me those sorts of paces (particularly early doors) are just what feels comfortable. Sub 8m/m would take effort and therefore will not happen!
