Name: Mark Colledge

Reason why you should train me: I have been a runner for a number of years and regularly take part in half marathons but have to date never done a full. I seem to have hit a brick wall when it comes to my training and i just cant seem to get round it. So some professional tuition would be a dream come true as is running london.

Marathon Goal: 3.45 to 4.00

Marathon PB: N/A

I pulled my hamstring a while ago and have at last started running on the tready in the gym at 1/2 my usual pace (very frustrating). Things are going ok hamstring still not great but getting there.
Was told by another gym user who is very much into running to strap it and i will be able to get back to full pace quicker.
Question is,, should i strap ,, does it help or will it put me back to square one. if i should any one know of any web sites on the subject etc because all the ones i have found about strapping are subscription only.
cheers
