Hello people, hope you all had a fab Xmas and New Year and managed to do a bit more runing over the hols than me (which means if you pulled on your trainers you are one up on me!)
Anway you lovely lot got me thru the Nike 10K last year my first ever race! Being a glutton for punishment I've decided to up the ante this year and have just entered my first sprint triathlon and so am back for lots of good advice and gentle encouragement for the running phase.
Its been a sh1t week, think the b/f is about to give me the push, in the past I have felt upset I've always turned back to the comfort of bulimia, I am determined not to this time but it is incrediable hard, running has helped enormously tho and think I will go for a long run tonight. Food wise just taking it one minute at a time.
