That's great Jim - was hot yesterday........

Mr P - feel great today (and yesterday) thanks - no stiffness or niggles (just been to the gym in fact). Sunday was pretty miserable at times as I couldn't shake off some form of pelvic/stomach cramp that came on after about 15m, but happy to have dragged myself to the finish. Seriously hard, hilly 27m course, made harder by warm and breezy day, very exposed on the top of the Downs and tough underfoot on the flint/chalk and rutted mud. Not all bad though - one of my clubmates won it ! Finished in 3.17. Animal.

No way. You don't need to run Beachy hard - 2-3 weeks after another is fine. It's a scenic jog/walk...........
