You'd be surprised how much extra you can run by not following the racing line.
Terrible news. I wouldn't cycle anywhere but off-road, it's just too dangerous.
I'm only doing 5 or 6 mile runs during the week but the amount of sweat i'm producing is ridiculous. I'm looking at rehydration drinks and was wondering if anyone had any views on the myriad of options out there?
