Enjoyed cycling around the course today - so much better than running it!
Great effort from SARQ in the last couple of kms - made up a lot of ground on the way to a really great time.
BT, I heard the screams when you got in the shower!
Great sub 3 by M, and a big PB for SW too.
Jenny Knass must have got a good time too, although can't find any results. Anyone?
BB, that's a sickener - just hope it is not too serious. Not had a major hamstring problem before, but is physio/ massage the right thing to do? I'm not saying it isn't 'cos I don't know, but it is worth checking beforehand.
TST, yes they were all sub 90 seconds - perhaps with the exception of the first although you were not with us at that time. With the lane 2 extra 9 meters or whatever it is, somewhere around 5:40 mile pace.
ES, that will do for me. Guess we want to be there at 09:15 to get a good vantage point before the leaders arrive. I'll probably go through Didsbury and past Southern Cemetery - maybe around 0830 - if you want to meet en-route.
