Hi all - not been around much lately and not done much running either, dont know whats up with me - anyway i am running GNR again this year, so best get off my backside an put on the running shoes......:-)

hi i've just entered this following the liverpool half the other week, need to improve mon my disatrous time! anyone know what the course is like? is it fairly flat or are there many hills? (still having nightmares about parly st!)

Thanks for the info peeps, i'll stop panicking now! well panicking about the info that is, still lots of panicking to do about the race itself - training isnt the best!! Oh well!

hi there - just wondered if anyone had any info through yet? i entered online around christmas as did a few friends and we have heard nothing yet, is that normal? should i have had something though by now? sorry if its been answered before i havent had time to look back over the old posts

Hi All
Not been around for ages as i've been busy working, but back to being a lazy student now for a while so i'll be about more often! - nice to see all the same friendly faces around still.
i've already entered for this year - got the gold membership thingy (pricey i know but hey i didnt want the dissapointment of not getting in!)
i've not been fab with my running lately, so started again in january, entered the Liverpool half marathon in march so back into training mode again now!!
anyway, no doubt i'll be back again soon
