Hi everyone - I have been following your threads and enjoying 'listening' to it all. Just thought I would put my tuppece in about carrying a bottle. I did VLM in 2012 and found that it was okay carrying a small bottle with energy drink in - to me it was like a security blanket especially in the last few miles. Normally hate carrying bottles but will try this again on Sunday. Can't wait - good luck everyone and take care for the next few days. I have also started taking the Beet It juice and will do so now until Sunday. does anyone else there use it?
