Agreed TR. We had a fab time in Dingle . Weather was lovely, company was great (thankyou everyone), scenery was spectacular, pubs and beer were also good and so was the B & B....btw did I give you a card for Tower View TR?  (must post a review on Tripadvisor for Mary sometime!)

And I must mention the little run we went over to do. The course was lovely, weather was a little on the warm side, but great for the apres-run activities Well done to everyone

Considering my lack of marathon training or any consistent training really, I was pleased to finish in 3:33, especially on an undulating/hillyish course, and also very pleased to finish 2nd lady (and 1st vet)

RC/Des - will put those pics onto a disc for you

Prue/Juicer - there's a nice photo of you together in the race here:

On the subject of Wolves, I notice that Matt Giles won the Marathon oin Sunday - I think his time was around 2:35 WOW!

I still love the Wolves mara. I remember running with TR and CB last year. Happy memories indeed!

RC - Wish I'd tuned in before today. I made it to the GMFR and had a drink at the Cup after. Would have gone to the Toby in the park otherwise. Sorry I missed you

I wouldn't say the GMFR was fun today Mike (was really knackered!), but it is a really well organised event and as you say the support was great. The hosepipes were more than welcome and much appreciated and also the extra drink stations that people had laid out.

I did an 18/19 mile run yesterday which I found hard, so today I started the fun run with very tired legs that were a little wobbly if anything. The heat was also a killer. All in all though I stuck at it and was fairly pleased to finish(well, very pleased to finish!) in around 1:03 (I forgot to stop my watch, so not sure whether it was 1:04)

How did everyone else do? - RC, TR, Tumps?

Well done on your training PM

Paddy always looks like he's running easy - that's because he is. He has a very efficient running style. I expect it to be third year running for him.

Will be popping down to Little Venice tomorrow morning - unfortunately will most likely be too late to see Paddy win

See peeps tomorow
