I'll check that out. I think it may me more, I did a season where I focused mostly on high intensity and bricks, really worked well, it was over sprint and olly, but would like to see if it transferred up the distance.
After watching IM on c4 at the weekend, in an interview, Pete Jacobs said he trains a lot less than the other pros, but at higher intensity. seems to work, as he is world champ! Anyone have any wisdom of how much his 'less than other pros' might be...??
