Morning, was going to do a pre-breakfast run but wimped out, citing lack of food! I've got club tonight anyway so won't be run-free. Getting myself psyched up for a meadowhall visit soon so will need all the mental strength available for the bedlam there!
I've been thinking of what to run and when, and might go for a Christmas Day run (not been for one since 2008 due to changes in fitness) but I'm racing Boxing Day anyway. Thinking of a fancy dress parkrun on Xmas Eve or 8miles instead then I don;t have to do a run the next day. Too much thinking, not enough doing, I need to get to the shops!

I've nearly managed an ankle-twist free year, but the body is stronger these days thanks to finally trying to sort it thanks to the physio! Bolsover 10k tomorrow and I'll see how that feels as had to pull out of Percy Pud 10k due to that flipping cough and cold I've had!
Bolsover or Percy Pud were going to be the big races of my year where I finally got back to running fast(er), but the cold germs knocked me for six!
