I've only just seen this and am like many others very suspicious........will check bank statement before doing anything and would advise everyone else to treat this as a hoax email until someone says otherwise!
I have the same injury...although outside of left foot(where toes meet foot!!) and also underneath. Saw a massage therapist who says that it is linked to the calf muscle...good excercise is to drop the heel of the foot on a stairway keeping the toes above( does that make sense?)you should feel a stretch in the calf. RICE(rest/ice/compression/elevation) as well but if like me you've got a marathon coming up it's not easy to rest!!!
Hi all, Well it's been a long time since I've been on the forum.......saw this thread and thought I'd share my views....I'm on Anti D's as well....not sure what type...(I'll look later and report back)I've set myself a goal of the Rome marathon next year......training has started in earnest....I don't seem to notice any side effects but I do find it difficult to get up in the morning. Running with music tends to help me......my doctor knows I'ma triathlete/runner so I THINK!!! he's taken that into account when prescribing...... Cheers all.
Snoop...I get your point about hydration (I actually posted a suggestion that people drink loads!!)but I'm afraid to say that even I was very hot....and some people just don't like running in the heat...give me a cold frosty day with a 9am start anyday...time for Windsor half was 1.39....8 mins off my PB set at Hastings last year.
