Many thanks for feeding back Dominic - much appreciated.  I should say that to get all the results up on the day is still a great effort - my preference would be for all or none in the first instance but it's a preference, that's all.  I hope you didn't think I came off as over-critical - my overall impression of the race was a very good one, and I was still thrilled a) to even finish and b) with my time so yay!

 Pics are great too

@jasond Jason!  Stranger!  Only popped into this thread today or would def have arranged to say hi!  I PB'd by 12 (TWELVE!) minutes today so naturally ecstatic.  Turns out there's something in this "doing some training" lark.  Who knew?

@seren - it's our youthful good looks and not a computer glitch.  Definitely.

I didn't see any pacers either.

You'll probably think I'm a terrible nerd for noticing this, but fair play to the field at Llanelli today - if you look at the overall Gun position vs Chip position, you'd be hard pushed to find a better example of "starting in the right place" etiquette.

Seems to a little glitch in the results - there's only one person recorded in the FV40 category - which doesn't seem very likely - it's my category and I'm showing in FV35 - I expect due to my youthful good looks, ahem...

But not complaining, and certainly not complaining about my time.  Good event, really enjoyed it.

I'm also struggling to control my appetite - training four times a week for VLM; my diet is pretty good, I think, and I am gradually losing weight (I am approx 2.5 stone overweight so that's not a bad thing and I'm certainly not starving myself).  I've tried drinking lots of water.  I guess I just have to resign myself to feeling hungry a lot of the time!
