On this Wednesday 23rd January I'm going to take part in a self supported Ultraman Challenge in Dubai, UAE to raise awareness for diabetes here and throughout the world.

Day 1 - Wednesday - Swim 10km and bike 174km

Day 2 - Thursday - Bike 274km

Day 3 - Friday - Run 84km (including the Dubai marathon).

If you could just spend 30sec to cut and page, like it and then share it on your fb wall to spread the it would be awesome and in that way we will be raising awareness for diabetes that now in fact affect 6.9% of the worlds population and a staggering 19% here in the UAE, including expats and nationals of the country.
