i get sleep paralysis too, it tends to happen when ive got something on my mind, so i cant fall into a proper deep sleep, so maybe something odd initially triggered yours, but now youre thinking about it more, its creating a vicious cycle and all that jazz... guess its a pretty individual thing for each person though- you just need to work out what your triggers are

ballet pumps is where its at- theyre blummin marvellous- ridiculously comfortable, but pretty smart looking too, saying that, they do look a bit odd if youve got really big feet...

I can only veeeery vaguely remember getting to the support teams- think i grabbed some jelly babies from someone and sort of meandered off again, which was a bit rude, but I was decidedly dazed by that point in the day... Saying that, its probably for the best that I didnt stop coz I only got about a hundred yards down the road before i had to stop and throw up (oops!)so if Id have stopped for a chat, one of the lovely support team members would have probably got hurled on!
