Got a pair of these a few years back - had no problems with them all at.

Been wearing Asics 2110's for the past 9months and had all sorts of problems. Just switched back to the above Triax version 8 - and had no problems at all. Like finding an old friend.

Anyone know where I may be able to get a pair of size 11's or 12's in Structure Triax 8's?

I'm a heavy pronator and am flatfooted.. I run approx 4-5 times a week - covering approx 40-50k's. I run 5k&10k races. Run mainly on pavement/road.

I have been running in Asics 2110's for the past year - and have recentl had a few injuries with the ball of my foot & hamstring.. Wondering if I'm maybe running in the wrong trainers.....

Any advise?

JFB - how many interval sessions would you recommend in a week?

No right/wrong answer for this one - but to give you an idea of what I do -

12x400m @ 1.25 with 90s recover. I also take a 1k/5min recovery between the 6th&7th - so basically 2 sets of 6*400.

And

6x1000m @ 3.40 with 2 min recover.

In each case I do a 2k warmup.
