Thank you very much for the suggestions.  Have resisted the triathlon pasta and gone for a turbo bike towel!  Cheers.

Hi,

I want to buy a Christmas present for a friend who has recently switched from running to triathlon.  I was hoping to get him something related to his hobby - any suggestions for bits of kit that I could get him?  I want to spend £15-20.  Thank you.

Brookie - thanks for the exercise dvd recommendation.  Anyone else use anything that they'd recommend?  Preferably with some cardio and some stomach stuff?  Ta.

Hello,

Sorry to gatecrash your thread (it's too busy for me to attempt to keep up and join in full time).  Was hoping that someone could recommend a fitness dvd for me to have a go at.  Had my little girl 6 months ago, and am managing to do 2-3 runs a week now, plus one 'fit mamas' exercise class, along with loads of pram pushing so I'm not doing badly on the exercise front (actually looks like quite a lot when it's written down), but with winter and dark nights fast approaching I can see that it might be a bit difficult to maintain.  Thought an exercise dvd that I could stick in on rainy days might be a good plan, plus might help my abs to get back to their previous level.  Anyone got any recommendations?  I have little coordination, so nothing with too many dance moves.  Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the advice yesterday re getting back to running, going to go out again tonight for another 20 minutes, or whatever i can manage.  Typing this one handed whilst feeding, hence brevity.

CM- hope you recover soon.
