Hi King XC

Thank you for an enjoyable run! I throughly enjoyed the race and will definitely be back next year!

I only have 1 suggestion and it's a very small one that perhaps we could be asked our T Shirts sizes prior to race day? i only suggest this as I was given a medium T Shirt at the end of the race which is far to big for me. I would have liked to have been able to wear my T Shirt on training runs to show off the fact that I finished!!

Well done on a fantastic race!

Hi Alun

Those are amazing times I think I will settle for just getting round!!

Lets hope it stays overcast and doesn't warm up too much!!

There is a map with the running number I received yesterday.

Also someone tried to map the course but I dont' know how accurate it is - http://www.runningahead.com/maps/b64f2c01a559491789d0c3da74a73556

There is also a link to somebody's garmin run where they did the NDR which may be more accurate I have the link at home I can't seem to find it at the moment but will post it for you later.

Hope this helps
