I usually don't wear much when running as I get very hot - so short shorts and a vest, however, I have a marathon in Texas later this year which is not only hot but very humid so I am considering running in layers so I sweat more and can get used to taking on more water whilst on the move
indeed - at the end of the day a course measuring wheel is more acurate than an gps or footpod - you should only use these as a rough guide to where you at - not a definitive measurement
It's a nightmar gettign around without a car - 6 lane highways and no way to cross them - no bridges or subways and you can expect to walk a few miles to find a pedestrian crossing.
Public transport is virtually non existant. Taxis are cheap but none of them are locals so don't know where anything is!
Not many parks and some wont allow bachelors in :/
Not really somewhere I would recommend for running - not that I saw much. I got food poisoning on the 2nd day of my week trip :/
Thanks for all the advice - the funds I chose have done pretty well even considering the credit cruch fallout.
As far as the UK goes, I have Fidelity Special Situations and Investec Perpetual Income.
Both haven't done too well this year (about 4-5%) although Investec was pretty stable.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips for UK funds? I'm thinking of moving the money from special sits into my investec account or maybe closing both to invest in some other UK account - does anyone have any suggestions?
