didnt eat much this year, but drank buckets of squash and still lost five and a half pounds. first time I have worn compression socks, won't be the last. No calf cramps. Just foot cramps. After a terrible magic mile on Monday. 12 seconds slower than last year fear I just thought I would get round so delighted to get a fifteen minute PB
Jonah, saw you on a run the other night, I had gone for a walk up sandill lane and found a small fire in a field, i had drunk all my water so decided to put it out using "nature's hose". Just as I was extinguishing the blaze a female fire officer appeared to record the brave act. I had a call off her today and have spent most of the afternoon behind Morrisons in Bredbury leaning back and spraying upwards.
it must be in the air. I have just got back from a run where I caught a couple right by the side of the path. He had his backside revealed and was like a cow at grass. The lady spotted me and squealed and I responded with an "ey up". Before running on at a pAce

This Sunday morning we are having a run from ours to celebrate Canal Cruisers birthday. I won't say how old she was yesterday, but it was between 39 and 41. All welcome and back to ours for some soup and cake after.
I have reccied a half marathon, largely off road course. CC will set off at 9am and then we can have a staggered start so everyone should meet up in the final stages and run the last bit together
