I have just checked onrunning.co.uk and there are only elite times. as the local rag the evening Chronicle gives the results really quickly I thought they would be on the site by now. The Liverpool half has their results up the next day. Are we looking in the wrong place?
Gillian, fantastic idea, the nuts are always a let down, but the fruit!!!!! mmmmm. I love yoghurt coated raisins from Holland and Barrett as i can kid myself they're good for you, but a bar of whole fruit WoW.
